Property Preservation Crews Needed in the Dallas/Ft Worth Texas Area to work on foreclosed and REO properties. Crews must provide their own supplies. Must be able to change locks, clean houses, remove trash and debris from the premises, complete dry winterizations, board windows, doors and pools to HUD Specs, roof patches and window reglazing & replacement and mow lawns. Required tools: Truck (with the ability to pull a trailer) Trailer (with the ability to carry debris) GPS or mapsco Digital camera Ability to email photos from site once completed push mower, drill, edger misc hand tools, cleaning supplies air compressor (this is a must) Generator (this is a must) 903-88-7829 MUST HAVE AT LEAST 3 YEARS EXPERIENCE. . ..
